RP was pleased to be a dinner sponsor of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Colorado’s 2011 Carle Whitehead Memorial Award Dinner held on September 25, 2011 at the City Center Marriott in Denver. During the dinner the organization honored ten local attorneys who defended men indefinitely detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair allows law firms in the Rocky Mountain region to meet and interview law students and associate candidates of diverse backgrounds. This is career fair attracts law students and law school graduates of diverse backgrounds from all over the country. Associate attorneys Katherine Roush and Caleb Durling attended this event and interviewed students for potential summer associate opportunities at RP.
