Katherine Roush
Associate
At Reilly Pozner LLP, we are creative team players - on both offense and defense. We proudly represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and criminal litigation in courts around the country. Katherine Roush is a litigation associate with the firm.
Katie focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Hon. Larry J. Naves in the Second Judicial District of Colorado. In these positions, she gained valuable research and writing experience as well as exposure to diverse areas of civil and criminal law.
Katie holds her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a general editor and published author on the Denver University Law Review, and a student attorney in the Student Law Office Civil Litigation Clinic. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Brown University, where she was a staff reporter for the Brown Daily Herald.
Katie is on the trial team for these cases:
Quote
"I love the strategic 'chess match' aspect of litigation. If I were not a litigator, however, I would probably be a political speech writer. The rhetorical tools and facts that sway a judge and a jury in a courtroom could help an elected official's words resonate with an audience."
