Michelle Berge Joins RP

RP is pleased to announce that Michelle Berge has joined RP as an associate of the firm.  Michelle recently completed a judicial clerkship with Justice Alex Martinez of the Colorado Supreme Court.  At RP, Michelle will practice civil and commercial litigation.  

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating summa cum laude, from Lewis and Clark College in 2001 and a J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007.  For finishing in the top 3% of her law school class, Michelle was inducted into the prestigious Order of St. Ives.  While in law school, she was the recipient of multiple American Jurisprudence Awards in recognition of her receiving the highest grade in four of her law school classes.  While at DU, Michelle participated in the Civil Rights Clinic through which she tried a case in federal court and won a ruling that declared a prison regulation unconstitutional.  Michelle was also the Staff Editor for the law school’s Water Law Review.
