Linda Ruth Carter
Paralegal
Linda Ruth plays an integral role on the firm’s trial teams, supporting attorneys with legal research, legal writing, preparation of exhibits and day-to-day case management at all phases of complex civil and commercial litigation.
At Reilly Pozner, paralegals are proficient in the use of CT Summation (for litigation support and eDiscovery), CaseMap (to identify and link facts, legal issues and parties in each case) and Sanction Legal Presentation software (for use in the courtroom).
Linda Ruth is certified as a paralegal by Arapahoe Community College, where she earned a perfect 4.0 GPA. She served as a student intern in Colorado’s First Judicial District, assisting the Family Court Facilitator and Court Clerk. While in school and after graduation, she worked for Denver’s venerable Tattered Cover Book Store.
Linda Ruth also holds an undergraduate degree in English (with
distinction and magna cum laude) from the University of Colorado-Denver. As an undergraduate, she served as Fiction Editor for the Copper Nickel, the student-run literary journal.
“I spend most of my non-working time being involved in the academic, musical and sporting activities of my three children, who range in age from 9-14. With the spare time I have beyond parenting, I love getting into a great book and getting out to listen to some of the great local music here in Denver.
